Please follow these guidelines when you are ready to ship your precious metal materials. If you have any questions, inquire on our contact form or call (800) 835-0478.

Step 1: Request an Estimate.

To ensure that you have items that we can refine (i.e. not plated jewelry or flatware) and have a feel for its insurable value, please call us at (800) 835-0478 or request an online estimate.

Step 2: Choose Your Shipping Method.

We recommend going with the US Post Office’s flat rate, priority mail boxes especially if your shipment is heavy.
We also regularly receive shipments from DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

• Make sure you request the “Delivery Signature Required” option.
• Do not write gold, silver, or platinum anywhere on the outside of your package.

Step 3: Insure Your Package.

Although not required, we recommend insuring your shipment based on the given estimate. Arch Enterprises has no control over your items during transport through other services.

Step 4: Ship to Our Refinery Using our
Downloadable Packing Slip.

We recommend including a copy of your emails with us and then placing the packing slip form inside your package. If you are sending coins, please weigh them before shipping.

Step 5: Track Your Shipment.

Record your shipping number and you will be able to track your package. Receipts are mailed with your payments.
