Step 1: Request an Estimate.
To ensure that you have items that we can refine (i.e. not plated jewelry or flatware) and have a feel for its insurable value, please call us at (800) 835-0478 or request an online estimate.
Step 2: Complete Arch Enterprises' AML Compliance Form.
As Arch Enterprises deals in precious metals, we are classified by the U.S. Congress as a financial institute under the Bank Secrecy Act, 31 U.S.C. section 5312 (a)(2). Being classified by the federal government as a financial institute, we are required to have an anti-money laundering program (USA PATRIOT Act, section 352,31 U.S.C. section 5318(g)). For our compliance with this particular Congressional requirement, you or your business will need to complete the Arch Enterprises' AML compliance form and return it with your order. All information is kept in strictest confidence.
Step 3: Choose Your Shipping Method.
We recommend going with the US Post Office’s flat rate, priority mail boxes especially if your shipment is heavy.
We also regularly receive shipments from DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
- Make sure you request the “Delivery Signature Required” option.
- Do NOT write gold, silver, or platinum anywhere on the outside of your package.
Step 4: Insure Your Package.
Although not required, we recommend insuring your shipment based on the given estimate. Arch Enterprises has no control over your items during transport through other services.
Step 5: Ship to Our Refinery Using our Downloadable Packing Slip.
We recommend including a copy of your emails with us and then placing the packing slip form inside your package. If you are sending coins, please weigh them before shipping.

Step 6: Track Your Shipment.
Record your shipping number and you will be able to track your package. Receipts are mailed with your payments. Please contact us after 21 business days if you have not received payment for jewelry, coins and bars. All other material, depending on the type, can range from 8 to 10 business weeks and there are certain types of material that may take additional time beyond the 10 business weeks, please inquire.
